Adeptify is led by Dr. Jonathan Reams, an internationally recognized expert in adult development and leadership transformation. For over two decades, Jonathan has researched, taught, and designed programs that help people grow from the inside out.

He is the editor of Maturing Leadership, a pioneering anthology on how adult development shapes leadership practice. His work also appears in academic journals and case study collections focused on leadership and adult development.

Jonathan taught leadership, coaching, and counseling at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology for 15 years, while he also ran professional leadership development programs. Alongside his academic work, he has designed and delivered custom programs for companies across sectors, bridging rigorous research with practical, field-tested application.
