We are offering two versions of BER currently. One is self-paced, where you are free to go through the program on your own.

The second version offers mentor support through text responses, enabling you to have feedback and accompaniment as you go through the program.

If you wish to have real time virtual support, contact us to set up a 60 minute zoom coaching call. ($200US, or 200Euros)

For teams or organizations, it works best to set up a cohort and have your team or group go through the program in a more structured way. We offer either direct support or training for in house facilitation for an 8 week version with 90 minute online session at the beginning of the program and every two weeks. Email us to set up a program for your team and receive an access code.
